"The world is a book and those who do not travel read only one page."
This quote pretty much sums up what I believe about traveling. I have this quote up on a poster that I made a year ago for a class. I really do believe that traveling is one of the best things that someone can do in their life. It can make the difference between a life well lived and a life not lived at all. I think that people are meant to explore and discover, people are meant to be curious and try to find the answer to everything. Life is not about how much money you make, or how famous you got to be, its about how much you saw in your life, how much of life did you experience. Did you live in one place your whole life and see only one way of life, or did you explore the world and discover a world full of amazing people? I think that if everyone in the world could take at least one trip to the opposite side of their world, that the world would be better off. Too many bad things happen in this world because of ignorant, intolerant people. If everyone just took the time to see life through someone else's eyes, or just saw how other's lived, they would see their life in a new light. I think that travel is one of the best things you could do. God gave us this planet so that we could explore it, not only the different cultures that we have created, but as well as all of the nature that has been provided for us. So, go for that vacation that you've been meaning to take, you only live once, make the most of it!

Haha, ok, so this was my weird ramble of sorts. I often think of random quotes that I've seen and start thinking about them and rambling in my head. So, this is my outlet, but actually writing them down so I don't go insane thinking too much.
